Newton sits in Middlesex County, roughly 22 miles east of our Northborough shop, and about 13 miles inland from the coast. That puts a siding replacement job here inside our normal working radius, so the crew arrives with the right materials on the first morning instead of making a supply run mid-job. We also work regularly in Watertown, Waltham, Needham, so the drive is routine rather than an excursion.
Onshore wind carries salt further than most homeowners expect, and it lands on walls that still see a full freeze-thaw winter. We detail for both: fixings that will not corrode, and laps that stay closed when the wall cycles above and below freezing. Newton sits 13 miles in from the water — far enough that homeowners here rarely expect salt damage, close enough that we still detail for it. That is exactly why we help Newton, MA homeowners choose complete siding replacement that stands up to it.
The housing stock across Middlesex County runs to a suburban spread of colonials, split-levels and enlarged capes, with older centre-village housing nearer the town commons. Between Watertown, Waltham and Newton itself we see that whole range in a single working week, which is why a siding replacement quote here starts with a survey of the wall rather than a price per square.
Newton borders Watertown, Waltham, Needham and Belmont, and we run siding replacement jobs across all of them from the same shop — so scheduling a Newton project rarely waits on crew availability.
With an expected lifespan of 30–50+ years, siding replacement is a long-term investment for Newton homeowners — ideal for homes with aging, damaged, or outdated siding that need a complete exterior transformation. Owner Ezequias Lobo personally oversees every job since 2007. Explore our siding replacement across Massachusetts, or pair it with vinyl siding and clapboard siding. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment — no surprises, no pressure.
