Lexington sits in Middlesex County, roughly 23 miles east of our Northborough shop, and about 15 miles from the coast. That puts a siding replacement job here inside our normal working radius, so the crew arrives with the right materials on the first morning instead of making a supply run mid-job. We also work regularly in Lincoln, Bedford, Belmont, so the drive is routine rather than an excursion.
The damage pattern inland is patient rather than dramatic: moisture works into a seam, freezes overnight, expands, and prises the joint open a fraction at a time. Do that from November through March and a poorly detailed wall starts letting water behind the cladding. Lexington is 15 miles from the coast, so salt is not the issue here — the freeze-thaw cycle is, and it runs all winter. That is exactly why we help Lexington, MA homeowners choose complete siding replacement that stands up to it.
The housing stock across Middlesex County runs to a suburban spread of colonials, split-levels and enlarged capes, with older centre-village housing nearer the town commons. Between Lincoln, Bedford and Lexington itself we see that whole range in a single working week, which is why a siding replacement quote here starts with a survey of the wall rather than a price per square.
Lexington borders Lincoln, Bedford, Belmont and Arlington, and we run siding replacement jobs across all of them from the same shop — so scheduling a Lexington project rarely waits on crew availability.
With an expected lifespan of 30–50+ years, siding replacement is a long-term investment for Lexington homeowners — ideal for homes with aging, damaged, or outdated siding that need a complete exterior transformation. Owner Ezequias Lobo personally oversees every job since 2007. Explore our siding replacement across Massachusetts, or pair it with vinyl siding and clapboard siding. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment — no surprises, no pressure.
