Worcester sits in Worcester County, about 9 miles from our Northborough shop, and about 43 miles from the coast. That puts a siding replacement job here inside our normal working radius, so the crew arrives with the right materials on the first morning instead of making a supply run mid-job. We also work regularly in Auburn, Shrewsbury, Millbury, so the drive is routine rather than an excursion.
Up in the higher interior the winter is simply longer and heavier. More snow sits against the lower courses, the freeze-thaw season runs weeks longer at both ends, and drifting piles hold meltwater against the wall — so the bottom two feet of an exterior take punishment the rest of the wall never sees. Worcester is 9 miles out from the shop and well into that higher ground, so we schedule its winter work around the snow rather than through it. That is exactly why we help Worcester, MA homeowners choose complete siding replacement that stands up to it.
The housing stock across Worcester County runs to three-deckers and turn-of-the-century two-families in the older village centres, with post-war capes and ranches on the roads out of town. Between Auburn, Shrewsbury and Worcester itself we see that whole range in a single working week, which is why a siding replacement quote here starts with a survey of the wall rather than a price per square.
Worcester borders Auburn, Shrewsbury, Millbury and Leicester, and we run siding replacement jobs across all of them from the same shop — so scheduling a Worcester project rarely waits on crew availability.
With an expected lifespan of 30–50+ years, siding replacement is a long-term investment for Worcester homeowners — ideal for homes with aging, damaged, or outdated siding that need a complete exterior transformation. Owner Ezequias Lobo personally oversees every job since 2007. Explore our siding replacement across Massachusetts, or pair it with vinyl siding and clapboard siding. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment — no surprises, no pressure.
