Princeton sits in Worcester County, about 15 miles from our Northborough shop, and about 47 miles from the coast. That puts a roofing job here inside our normal working radius, so the crew arrives with the right materials on the first morning instead of making a supply run mid-job. We also work regularly in Sterling, Rutland, Holden, so the drive is routine rather than an excursion.
Elevation buys you a colder, snowier winter than the coastal towns get. Snow banks against the lower courses and stays there, meltwater soaks the base of the wall by day and refreezes at night, and any weakness in the starter course shows up fast. Princeton is 15 miles out from the shop and well into that higher ground, so we schedule its winter work around the snow rather than through it. That is exactly why we help Princeton, MA homeowners choose asphalt shingle roofing and roof replacement that stands up to it.
The housing stock across Worcester County runs to dense older housing around the former mill villages and a looser mix of mid-century single-families beyond it. Between Sterling, Rutland and Princeton itself we see that whole range in a single working week, which is why a roofing quote here starts with a survey of the wall rather than a price per square.
Princeton borders Sterling, Rutland, Holden and West Boylston, and we run roofing jobs across all of them from the same shop — so scheduling a Princeton project rarely waits on crew availability.
With an expected lifespan of 25–50 years, roofing is a long-term investment for Princeton homeowners — ideal for homeowners who need a new roof or full roof replacement to protect their home from New England weather. Owner Ezequias Lobo personally oversees every job since 2007. Explore our roofing across Massachusetts, or pair it with vinyl siding and clapboard siding. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment — no surprises, no pressure.
