Fitchburg sits in Worcester County, roughly 20 miles east of our Northborough shop, and about 46 miles from the coast. That puts a siding replacement job here inside our normal working radius, so the crew arrives with the right materials on the first morning instead of making a supply run mid-job. We also work regularly in Lunenburg, Leominster, Shirley, so the drive is routine rather than an excursion.
The higher ground west of Worcester keeps its snow. Where a coastal town sheds a storm in two days, a wall up here can carry a drift against its base for a fortnight, and that standing snow is what finds a weak starter course or an under-flashed sill. Fitchburg is 20 miles out from the shop and well into that higher ground, so we schedule its winter work around the snow rather than through it. That is exactly why we help Fitchburg, MA homeowners choose complete siding replacement that stands up to it.
The housing stock across Worcester County runs to mill-era two- and three-families close to the centre, giving way to capes, ranches and split-levels along the routes built up after the war. Between Lunenburg, Leominster and Fitchburg itself we see that whole range in a single working week, which is why a siding replacement quote here starts with a survey of the wall rather than a price per square.
Fitchburg borders Lunenburg, Leominster, Shirley and Princeton, and we run siding replacement jobs across all of them from the same shop — so scheduling a Fitchburg project rarely waits on crew availability.
With an expected lifespan of 30–50+ years, siding replacement is a long-term investment for Fitchburg homeowners — ideal for homes with aging, damaged, or outdated siding that need a complete exterior transformation. Owner Ezequias Lobo personally oversees every job since 2007. Explore our siding replacement across Massachusetts, or pair it with vinyl siding and clapboard siding. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment — no surprises, no pressure.
